I plan to keep this site so it just list everything I have 'in-stock', when it goes 'out of stock', it is removed, as it should have a permanent listing on 1 of the 4 reference site listed below. So I need not list items, I don't have.

You can use the same login for all 5 websites and all the Sites offer Multiple Wish Lists,  which can be see on any of the sites. Which will hopefully tell us what you want.
